To obtain a copy of an accident report you will need the incident number and date it occurred.
A $15.00 fee will be assessed. Click on the link below to print a copy of your report.
However, you may request a copy of the accident report at our office (8215 Shields Drive). The fee will still be $15.00 but will only be payable with cash.
