Thomas Township Parks and Recreation has 6 Pavilions Available For Rentals
Pavilion Rental Rules Pavilion Rental Form Rental Fees
Beginning January 1st 2022, pavilion rentals will be required to provide a homeowners insurance policy with personal liability coverage of at least $300,000 (up from $100,000). In addition, all rentals will be required to have a $200 deposit submitted at the time of their reservation. The deposit will be returned in full dependent on the proper use and clean-up of the pavilion per the rental rules.
Roethke Park Pavilion Rentals:
Pavilions at Roethke park are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Residents of Thomas Township can reserve a pavilion starting the first business day of the year. Non – Residents of Thomas Township can reserve pavilions beginning the first business day of February. Bathrooms are located on the west end of the Depot Building.

Roethke Pavilion #1
Location – #1 pavilion at Roethke Park is located in the middle of the three pavilions situated just beyond the train barn.
Amenities – 10 to 12 picnic tables, restrooms, water, electrical
hook-up, charcoal grill, playground.
Capacity – 120 People
Roethke Pavilion #2
Location – #2 pavilion at Roethke Park is located near the pond across the railroad tracks
Amenities – 10 to 12 picnic tables, restrooms, water, electrical hook-up, charcoal grill, playground.
Capacity – 120 People
Roethke Pavilion #3
Location – #3 pavilion at Roethke Park is located behind the depot building across the railroad tracks.
Amenities – 10 picnic tables, restrooms, water, electrical hook-up, charcoal grill, playground.
Capacity – 70 to 90 People
Roberts Community Park Pavilion Rentals:
Pavilions at Roberts park are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Residents of Thomas Township can reserve a pavilion starting the first business day of the year. Non – Residents of Thomas Township can reserve pavilions beginning the first business day of February. Bathrooms are located at each pavilion. Based on events, certain dates will be unavailable to rent pavilions at Roberts Park.

Roberts Park Pavilion #1
Location – #1 pavilion at Roberts Park is located near the front of the park. Parking for the pavilion is the large grass lot surrounding the pavilion.
Amenities – 25 to 30 picnic tables, restrooms, water, electrical hook-up, charcoal grill, and trash bins.
Capacity – 250 People
Roberts Park Pavilion #2
Location: South East area of Roberts Park between softball fields 1 & 2 next to the playground.
Amenities: 10 to 12 picnic tables, bathrooms, water, charcoal grills. Electrical hook up, playground
Capacity – 80 people
Roberts Park Soccer Complex Pavilion
Location – The Soccer Complex Pavilion at Roberts Park is located near the middle of the park. .
Amenities – 20 picnic tables, restrooms, water, electrical hook-up, and trash bins.
Capacity – 200 People
