Definition:
An advertising display constructed of plastic wallboard or other like materials and intended to be displayed for a limited period of time.
Regulations:
- Temporary portable signs may not exceed a total height of six (6′) feet and a total sign area of thirty-two (32) square feet.
- May not be displayed for more than a total of forty-five (45) days in a calendar year.
- Front and side yard setbacks shall conform to five (5′) feet from property lines and/or road right-of-way.
- Such signs shall be displayed only after a temporary sign permit has been obtained from the Township.
Exceptions:
Seasonal businesses shall be able to keep a temporary portable sign for the duration of the season, not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days.
