The Clerk's Office is responsible for:
- the administration of elections,
- registration of voters,
- maintenance of the township voter registration
file,
- editing and distribution of the township newsletter,
- administration of the business
license, solicitation, hawkers
and peddlers, and transient
merchant programs,
- maintenance of township records, including ordinances,
- the recording of minutes for the Township Board of
Trustees, Planning Commission, and
Zoning Board of Appeals

PASSPORT INFORMATION
Thomas Township is now a Passport Acceptance Facility. You can
apply for your passports Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon and
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For information click passport.
